Normans Old Vine Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Vibrant crimson red. Strong mulberry and cherry fruit with underlying French oak which adds complexity to the bouquet.

Full and vibrant fruit flavours of dark red berry and plum fill the mid palate. Soft tannins go well with the elegant under lying taste of French oak to make this a very easy drinking Cabernet Sauvignon destined to age well.

Winemaking

This wine will be drinking beautifully upon release although as expected from a Norman’s premium red, will develop well in the bottle with careful cellaring over the next 7+ years. 

Cellaring

Drinking magnificently now, but will reward medium term cellaring.
