Normans Holbrooks Road Rose 2025
Normans Holbrooks Road Rose 2025
The Normans Holbrooks Road Rosé 2025 is a vibrant, stylish dry Rosé crafted by one of Australia’s oldest wineries, established in 1853. Fruit was harvested in the cool of night to preserve freshness, then crushed and left on skins for around eight hours to achieve the perfect colour and flavour intensity. The juice was clarified and cool-fermented in stainless steel using select yeast strains to enhance fruit purity and vibrancy.
In the glass, it shines with a brilliant bright blush hue. The bouquet bursts with aromas of fresh summer berries and red fruits. On the palate, it is delicate and delicious, brimming with bright berry flavours carried by soft, crunchy acidity that adds structure, balance, and a refreshing finish. Crafted in a modern dry style, this Rosé is both elegant and food-friendly.
The previous vintage was highly acclaimed, receiving a 93 Point Gold Medal, confirming the consistent quality of this release. The 2025 vintage continues that tradition of excellence, showcasing the perfect balance of fruit, freshness, and finesse.
This Rosé is a versatile match for charcuterie boards, fresh seafood, grilled chicken, summer salads, or strawberry desserts, and it is equally enjoyable as a refreshing aperitif.
