Normans Holbrooks Road Pinot Noir 2016

A pale brick red Pinot Noir with lifted berries and some earth and savoury notes. A generous and soft palate with strawberry and ripe cherry notes with earth and a hint of vanilla on the refreshing finish.

Medium bodied with lifted ripe cherry, red berry fruits and hints of cinnamon. These delicious flavours are supported by soft and silky tannins.

Winemaking

Cool fermentation on skins then pressed into stainless steel after six days to optimise colour and flavour. The wine was matured in stainless steel to maintain freshness with some oak contact for added complexity.

Cellaring

Great to drink now, but will mature and develop complexity over the mid term.
