Normans Holbrooks Road Cabernet Merlot 2021

Fragrant blackberry and plum fruit aromas are complexed by integrated vanilla oak characters. Firm tannins balance the rich ripe fruit flavours in this Cabernet Merlot. 

Winemaking

In 1853 when Jesse Norman purchased seven hectares of land on which he planted vines. A winery was later established at Holbrooks Road as his winemaking business expanded. This win pays tribute to Jesse's foresight and belief in Australia's wine industry.

Cellaring

Made to drink upon release whilst the fruit flavour is at its most fresh and vibrant but will reward cellaring over 1-3 years.
