The Chandlers Hill Sauvignon Blanc is a wine made keeping the traditional values of the Normans family winemaking philosophy, fleshy fruit driven wine that is made to drink now and to be enjoyed.

Winemaking

Pale straw with youthful green notes. Filled with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with subtle hints of gooseberries and passionfruit. Appealing tropical fruit flavours with a dash of citrus. Wonderful in its youth which lingers beautifully and combines with a nice refreshing touch of natural fruit acidity.

Cellaring

Drink now or cellar for 1-3 years.
