Normans Regional Series

Normans Regional Series McLaren Vale Chardonnay 2025
The Normans Regional Series McLaren Vale Chardonnay 2025 is a fresh, vibrant expression of Chardonnay, perfect for those who appreciate crisp, clean, and textured wines. This unoaked style brings forward a fresh, bright nose with grapefruit, lemon, and white peach aromas, while a touch of natural apricot adds an extra layer of complexity. The juicy citrus profile is complemented by lees character, providing a depth of flavour rarely found in unoaked Chardonnays.
Harvested at optimal ripeness during the cool of the night, the grapes were gently crushed and destemmed before being transferred to the bag press. Pressings were carefully separated from the free run juice, then cold settled and racked before undergoing a long, cool fermentation process. This wine was bottled early to preserve its pristine flavours, ensuring maximum freshness.
The 96 Point Rated previous vintage was awarded Double Gold Medal at the Melbourne International Wine Competition and 96 Points at the Australian Wine Showcase Magazine, solidifying Normans Wines as a prestigious producer. Established in 1853, Normans Wines continues to deliver exceptional quality with every bottle.

Normans Regional Series Adelaide Sauvignon Blanc 2025
The Normans Regional Series Adelaide Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a crisp, fresh, and elegant wine that captures the essence of the Adelaide Plains. Sourced from a single vineyard located between Adelaide and the Barossa Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc is crafted with a focus on purity and expression. The fruit is lightly pressed with minimal skin contact before being transferred to stainless steel tanks for cold settling. After settling, the juice is racked and fermented slowly in stainless steel over a two-week period, ensuring that the wine retains its fresh fruit character. After fermentation, the wine is fined, filtered, and bottled to preserve its vibrant flavors. This wine is best enjoyed now or over the next year or two.
With its pale color and green highlights, the wine greets you with a bright and fresh nose, offering delicate floral notes and the signature gooseberry aromas of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, the wine is dominated by refreshing lime and citrus flavors, complemented by passionfruit and a fine mineral backbone that adds complexity. The wine’s restrained and elegant style makes it a beautiful expression of Adelaide Sauvignon Blanc, balancing freshness with a touch of depth.
Normans is one of Australia’s most awarded wineries, with a history dating back to 1853. This 2025 vintage is another outstanding example of the winery’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
