Once fermented was dry and completed it was blended, stabilized and fine prior to filtration and then bottling early to ensure pristine flavours.

Elegant style of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon which is wonderfully structural with black and red fruit flavours complimented by fine chalky tannins and subtle oak.

Winemaking

Sourced from the finest parcels of grapes from a series of growers. Natural open fermented, pressed then transferred to combination of French and American hogshead barrels for maturation.
