2015 Bin C163 Shiraz
Deep purple/red brick colour.
Rich aromas of red berries, black olive and coffee bean.
A full bodied, velvety smooth Shiraz with rich red berry fruit, soft supple tannins and wonderful line and length.
Sourced from premium vineyards located in the Langhorne Creek region of South Australia. The fruit was picked over a four-week period, which ensures blending options for more complex finished wine. The individual parcels were fermented in stainless steel open top fermenters, macerated on skins for seven days before being pressed then aged with a mixture of French and American oak. The wines were allowed to spontaneously undergo malolactic fermentation and were kept in individual batches until final blending.
A young and fresh wine that can be enjoyed now or cellar over the medium term.
