Soft and fresh the palate reflects the nose with lovely melon, pear and apple characters with a delicate level of natural fruit acidity that provides a refreshing crisp finish.
Machine harvested in the cool of the morning during late February. We crushed, chilled and fermented the juice at controlled temperatures in the cellar. The wine was bottled after careful filtration to retain the vibrant fruit and depth of varietal flavours.
Made to drink upon release while the fruit is at its most fresh and vibrant.
