Bouquet
Fruit driven style with lovely stone fruit, ripe intensity with some underlying freshly cut grass and complex aromas.
Palate
Chardonnay fruit from selected premium vineyards were used in this blend and it gives the wine length and structure around the peachy flavoursome fruit.
Winemaking
Fruit from different vineyard sites were used in this blend. The fruit was crushed and pressed gently before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled whilst young under stelvin closure young to retain freshness and its zesty ripe fruit.
Cellaring
Make to drink upon release while the fruit flavour is at its most fresh and vibrant.
